The Reason for the TEAM Approach

I trust everyone understands the strength of a team and how much additional strength is gained by involving others in your endeavors. When using the word “team” one tends to focus on sports, such as basketball, football, baseball, and other team sports. The “team” approach to business is very relative to team sports. It takes a cooperative effort to achieve optimal results. I have served as the Chairman of the Board or the C.E.O. of many different corporations and believe me……..without cooperative effort, efficiency and productivity
